A failed scan can feel like a lot. You get a report full of version numbers and cipher names, and your bank wants a passing result. If you already have a developer, hand the report to them. If you don't, we know a team who can help.

Why we recommend them

We've worked with LN Webworks on ServerScan.com ourselves, so this isn't a name pulled off a list. They know how our scans work and what the reports mean, which saves you a lot of explaining. They're a team of more than 80 engineers in Ludhiana, India, and most of their work is on Drupal, though they work on other platforms too. When their clients review them, the same things keep coming up: they finish on time, they stay in touch, and they fix problems quickly.

What they can fix

Most failed scans come down to a handful of things, and these are the ones LN Webworks handles most:

  • An old version of WordPress, Drupal, or a plugin or theme.
  • PHP or other server software that's out of date.
  • Web server settings, like old TLS versions, weak ciphers, or missing security headers.
  • A site on a platform that no longer gets security updates, such as Drupal 7.

Every setup is a little different, so send them your report and they'll tell you what they can do before any work starts. Our guide to common PCI scan failures explains what the usual findings mean.

How to get started

  1. Download your latest report from Compliance Reports in the scan portal.
  2. Reach out to LN Webworks through their website and tell them ServerScan sent you.
  3. They'll look over the report and send you a quote. You agree on the work and the price with them directly.
  4. Once the fixes are in, run a rescan. Rescans are free, so you can check the same day.

They're based in India, so if your deadline is close, reach out early and give yourself a day or two for the time difference.
